About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at spectrumdock.digital and the planning engagements offered by Spectrum Dock Family Finance Co., Ltd. By using the site or booking an engagement, you accept these terms.

What this site is

This site describes our planning engagements and lets you send an inquiry. It does not sell products through a checkout, and it does not provide financial advice through the website itself. A planning engagement begins only after a first conversation and your written agreement to the terms of that engagement.

Use of the inquiry form

The inquiry form on the contact page submits JSON to a handler on this same domain. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your situation. You agree not to submit information on behalf of another person without their consent.

Planning engagements

A planning engagement is structured work that produces a written, goal-based plan. The first conversation is free of charge. Engagements that follow it are scoped and quoted in conversation, before any work begins. Package terms and fees are agreed with you individually; we do not show fixed prices on this site, because each engagement is built around the household in front of us.

We do not promise specific investment returns, and we do not sell a single product as the answer to a goal. The plan we produce is a reference you keep; acting on it is your decision.

No warranty of outcomes

A plan is built on the information you provide and on assumptions about the future that may not hold. We do not warrant that any goal will be met on a particular date or at a particular figure. We do warrant that the plan we write is based honestly on the picture you share with us.

Refunds

Because planning engagements are paid services, our refund terms are set out on the refund page. They govern planning engagements agreed in writing, once that first conversation is over; the inquiry form and the first conversation carry no fee and no refund obligation.

Intellectual property

The written plan produced in an engagement is yours to keep. The text, layout, and design of this website belong to Spectrum Dock Family Finance and may not be copied without permission, except for the personal, non-commercial use of reading it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for a planning engagement is limited to the fee agreed for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from action taken, or not taken, on the basis of a plan.

Applicable law

These terms and any engagement agreed under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute is brought before the competent court in Incheon.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page. The last review date of these terms is kept in our internal build record. Engagements already agreed continue on the terms in force when they were agreed.
